What to expect
Desktop PCs are usually quicker and cheaper to repair than laptops because the parts are standard. A failed power supply or hard drive can often be swapped the same week.
A tune-up is worth doing on any PC that's a few years old. We clean out dust, check the drive's health, remove unwanted programs and make sure Windows is up to date.
