Can you upgrade my graphics card?
Yes. We check your power supply, case space and processor first, then fit and test the new card so it runs properly. New parts we fit come with a 12-month warranty.
Why does my PC only crash when I'm gaming?
Gaming pushes your parts much harder than everyday use, so heat, a struggling power supply, memory faults or driver problems often only show up then. Our free diagnosis finds which one it is.
Should I upgrade or build a new PC?
It depends on how old your PC is and what you want to play. We'll give you honest options for both, and if a new build makes more sense we can often reuse some of your existing parts.
